Received msg of payment on hold and given a email id to send the mail but when I send mail it's not delivering as email id is not correct. Please advice how to contact you. When calling on your customer care regarding batch settlement IVR asking back batch number and batch number not given on APP or msg.
Cant able to open the app, even if it opens recent transactions are not showing...
They are 5 years behind from their competitors.
After updating, it says - there seems to be a technical error and pls try after sometime.
Unstable app. Not working at all. 3 old and 1 current MID's showing. Payments not reflecting in app at all, but showing in notifications only - which also do not open !!!
Unable to open application since last few days. It says technical error, try after sometime. Error code 403.
New issue with the app. No Transaction report available. We have to calculate manually the recent transactions section and find the total. Earlier it was ok.
